3.)Stationery Procurement and Management
4.)Maintenance of inward – outward register
5.)Preparation and updating of contact Book
6.)Maintenance of visitors book
7.)Arrangement for employee engagement activities with HR.
8.)Employee related activities – Access cards, Visiting cards etc.
9.)Office consumables maintenance
10.)Office Maintenance (Cleaning, housekeeping etc.)
11.)Vendor management & Infrastructure Management
12.)Organizing Local and International travel arrangements
