POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate will be responsible for providing end to end support for EMC NetWorker. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely resolution to problems or escalate on behalf of the customer to the appropriate technical leads and will be responsible for advising and assisting users in solving problems related to software using available technology.

Key Responsibilities : 1.) Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
2.) Technology certification like EMC NetWorker, Linux, Networking Certifications preferred
3.) Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all technical and nontechnical issues and concerns.
4.) Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem).
5.) Interact with the stakeholders and respond to their technical queries about the services.
6.) Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team.
7.) Propose and implement backup improvement initiatives to enhance backup performance & backup success rates.
8.) Represent CompuCom in a professional manner and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
9.) Prepare and write technical documentation.
10.) Effectively prioritize workload, consistently deliver assignments on-time and produce high quality deliverables.
11.) Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot problems, interface with customers and other departments in a large corporate environments.

Skills Required: 1.) Excellent communication skills.
2.) Expert knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows, UNIX and SQL databases.
3.) Should have basic knowledge of VMAX and Cisco switches.
4.) Design, implementation and administration of backup environments running on EMC NetWorker.
5.) Implementing EMC NetWorker Admin backup policies, storage pools, client schedules and client installation & configuration.
6.) Experience with EMC DPA (Data Protection Adviser).
7.) Should understand the EMC Networker process flow & error codes.
8.) Strong EMC NetWorker Admin skills
