Job Description:

1.) An out of the box thinker with ability to deliver under pressure.
2.) Building a profile in the industry and keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments.
3.) Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
4.) Ensure project assigned is delivered with high quality within the program and budget
5.) Liaison with the team members onshore and at client locations to clearly understand the scope of work and build healthy relationships
6.) Should be a team player and demonstrates his/her ability to work in a team on various projects in line with client requirements and best industry practices
7.) Responsible for checking of general specification, Mechanical Specification etc
8.) Responsible for preparing detailed engineering reports, calculations and Bill of quantities
9.) Responsible for preparing detailed Mechanical engineering designs and drawings.
10.) Would be assisting the Project Manager with the day to day project activities.
11.) Attendance in conferences, seminars at national levels

Skills Required:

1.) Should be well verse with the fundamentals of fluid dynamics
2.) Should have an understanding on surge protection and surge analysis
3.) Should possess comprehensive knowledge on the functioning and use of pumps, pumping station and related pipe works
4.) Thorough understanding on the fundamentals of sewer treatment plants, water treatment plants and Industrial effluent treatment technologies
5.) Able to demonstrate knowledge on various types of water and waste water treatment technologies
6.)  Knowledge on the mechanical components of treatment plant, like screens, conveyors, penstocks, pumps, etc.
7.) Knowledge on designing of water supply, sewerage and drainage system
8.) Good command over computation fluid dynamics
9.) Knowledge of Auto CAD MEP, MEP Revit or any other industry software viz. Hevacomp would be an added advantage.
10.) Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language, with good report writing, analytical and computer skills
