- The candidate should have graduation in commerce/ MBA (Finance).
- The candidate should have 6 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable process.
- Experience in handling invoices in SAP is must.
- Excellent Knowledge in Accounting.
- Good communication skills in written and verbal.
- Flexible for any shifts.
- Have to process all kinds of invoice like PO invoice, Non PO invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note.
- Analyze and resolve the blocked invoice.
- Communicating with the client and internal people.
- Preparing daily report on daily basis.
- Have to do the follow-ups to finish the pending documents for payment.
- Skills in problem solving.
- Well organized and self-starter.
- Able to follow the standard filing procedures.
- Should have professional attitude, reliable and detail oriented.
