• The candidate have to monitor the customer network.

• Communication with other teams like Technical and Incident Management in C and W.
• Contacts with key IT and Interaction with the customer help-desk.
• Have to work as a team member even individual contributor.
• The role holder has to work on innovating the BAU functions to improve the same.
• No people management responsibilities and direct reports.
• Comfortable with 24/7 shifts.
• Able to Communicate with the customers across geographies.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in english.

• The candidate should have basic knowledge in networking.
• The candidate should have working knowledge in desktop applications.
• Must have knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving.
