Eligibility Criteria :

• The candidate should have BE/ B tech – CSE/ IT/ Electronics/ EEE/ Telecommunication/ Electrical and B Sc-CS, B Sc-Electronics, BCA. 
• Candidates should have 60% in 10th, 12th and Degree.
• The candidates will be from 2016 Batch only.

Job Roles and Responsibilities 

Technical Skills : 

• The candidate should have Knowledge of basic IT related technical terms like memory, server, CPU, network, IP address etc.
• Infrastructure monitoring experience is advantage.

Soft Skills :

• High Integrity
• Must have Problem solving skills and learning attitude
• Should have Good communication skills
• Should be Confident & Energetic
• Should be a Team player
• Must be Process oriented

Details of Roles :

• Candidate have to responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
• As per the category assign the tickets to next level of engineers.
• Have to monitor the issues of Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network.
• Skills of Incident management and client handling.
• As per the project need from any Mindtree location Support on call, ready to work in any shift.
• Knowledge in application support.
• Excellent communication skills of written and oral.
• Have to work independently and able to change and varied working hours.
• Comfortable with 24/7 Shifts.
• The candidate is able to take quick decisions, like when to escalate a ticket to next level.
• Ability to comprehend the issue and act with swiftness.
• Must be flexible to work for extended hours only if required.
