Job Description :
- Resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction and Provide helpdesk support.
- Respond to the requests received through the IT help desk quickly and effectively.
- Monitor the service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in-first-out on priority basis.
- For the local work station modify the configurations, utilities and software default settings.
- Maintain the help desk tracking software.
- Document the internal procedures.
- Assist with the on boarding of new users.
- Each workstation should have computer, Monitor, Keyboard and other specialized equipment.
- Co-Ordinate with the test and configuration of new workstations.
- Maintain all the equipment and software licenses.
- Report the issues of service desk.
- Using standard hardware images and software Manage the PC setup and deployment for new employees.
- In Active directory groups assign the users and computers.
- As required perform the timely workstation hardware and software upgrades.
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidate should have any degree from recognized university.
