- The candidate should have Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Should have good knowledge trouble shooting problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in different time zones.
- Should have good knowledge on Desktop Computers.
- For freshers job responsibility will be Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal End Users.
