Eligibility Criteria :

• The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ related engineering field experience in software development.
• Should have Formal training in software development using Java/.NET/C++/etc.
• Should have Good software development fundamentals.
• Have to Motivate high-potential performers with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
• Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills.
• Experience in Web based application development  is a plus.
