Job Description :
- The candidate have to Endorsement processing on P&C insurance policies
- Have to Provide support for underwriter and agency.
- Have to Meet TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA.
- Have to Follow the established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Have to Calculate the premium impact of the endorsements and report.
- Have to Communicate with the customers through email & Web service request.
Eligibility Criteria :
- The candidate should have graduation in any discipline Engineers / Arts and Science / Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have to work in night shifts.
- Knowledge in Operating Systems and networking.
- Aptitude test.
- Technical and HR Interview.
Walk-In Time : 11 am to 7 pm
