Job Responsibilities :
- The candidate should responsible for providing IT assistance that includes application support, Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting problems.
- Manage the AD user accounts and access controls.
- Users Blackberry support.
- Thin clients management and responsible for implementation, support and administration.
- Citrix desktop configuration for users.
- Microsoft outlook Configuration.
- System software and hardware performance and maintenance, evaluate, test and integrate upgrades to operating systems, support software and applications.
- Within committed conditions responsible and closure of calls.
- Adherence to ISMS policies of Pangea3.
- Desktop setup for projects.
- Reducing the repetitive calls.
- As per the request users data Backup/Restore.
- Vendor and Asset Management.
- Support through Telephone.
Qualification Details : Should have any graduation with Certification in Computer hardware. CCNA, MCSE, ITIL(Optional).
Experience :
- Must have experience in managing the large number of users.
- Should be a part of any technical Project Roll-Out.
- Should have experience in the Installation of servers/ Network related equipments.
- High quality of Attended User Calls.
