Qualification Details : The candidate should have minimum graduation in B.Tech, B.C.A, B.sc, M.Tech, M.C.A, M.sc with the skills in windows operating systems and good spoken and written skills in english with good knowledge in MS OFFICE.The candidates of 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 are eligible for JK Techno-soft Walk-In interview .

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities of Job : 

• The candidate has to manage and maintain the the whole IT Infrastructure System.
• Knowledge in Networks.
• The candidate should be an expertise in Technical troubleshooting, Windows & Servers monitoring, Active Directory, Incident Management, Ticketing tools.
• Should have experience in Production UNIX, Windows Servers and Networking Concepts.
• Should have responsible for Hardware, Network and Backup Monitoring etc.
• Should work on servers and monitor tools like AS 400, IBM Tivoli, and HP Ovo.
• Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netback up and Backup Exec
• Should be responsible for the activities relating to evaluation, analysis, and setup of PC-based software products 
• Manage the troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems.
• Should provide all the documents like standards, configurations and diagrams.

Technical Skills : 

• Windows Operating systems.
• Clients: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000.
• Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007.
• ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center.
• User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists etc.
