• The candidate have to Perform installation, customization and maintenance of the operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements.
• Should be Evaluate the new operating system versions, drivers and hardware and Provide technical expertise for system transitions.
• Have to Test the software updates and patches to achieve optimum performance levels in standalone monitor.
• Should Conduct the system analysis, configuration management. develops and improves the system software performance, availability and reliability.
• Along with Service Level Agreements Performs incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis.
• They have to Design, develop, recommend and implements the new system software, utilities.
• Provides the in-depth diagnosis for operating systems for software/hardware failures and develops solutions.
• By evaluating this Ensures the server data integrity, implementing and managing the appropriate software and hardware solutions.
• They have to Prescribe the system backup / disaster recovery procedures and directs recovery operations in the event of destruction.
